Open “Window Manager” in settings (xfce4-settings-editor to be precise), then setup keybindings.
My keybindings are (note: super means windows key on most keyboards):
super+[up|down|left|right] to tile windowssuper+m to maximize the active windowsuper+f to fullscreen the active windowsuper+q to close the active window (rebound alt-F4)super+[number] to go to workspace [number],shift+super+[number] to move the active window to workspace [number]
If you want to download my bindings see them on github. To use them make sure xconfd isn’t running (pkill xconfd) then replace your ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml file with mine (same goes for backing up your config).
